Basement Under Property Kensington
"We had a basement constructed under our property in Kensington, which came with a lot of additional planning rules and restrictions due to the location. From the very beginning, the team were excellent at dealing with all the requirements and made the whole process feel much more manageable for us.
The basement shell was completed to a very high standard, with careful attention to detail throughout the excavation and structural works. They kept us informed at every stage and handled everything professionally, even when the planning conditions made things more complex than expected.
We didn’t proceed with the waterproofing at this stage as we had other works to complete first, but we will definitely be calling them back to finish it and make the structure fully watertight. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of work and the way the project was managed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them"

Full Groundworks – Warehouse Rebuild, Sun Marks Ltd)
"After a fire completely destroyed our warehouse at Sun Marks Ltd, we needed a full rebuild starting from the ground up. The team carried out all the groundworks required for a new warehouse construction, including site clearance, excavation, reduced level dig, foundations, drainage systems, service runs, hardcore build-up, and slab preparation.
This was a major project that took over a year to complete, and they were excellent throughout. They worked extremely hard to keep everything moving, even working through Christmas to help get the site ready as quickly as possible so the rebuild could progress without delay.
At the same time, they were managing other projects, but still handled our site professionally and efficiently. Their organisation was impressive—they always brought in the right trades exactly when needed and never overused or wasted labour on site. Everything was well planned and coordinated.
Communication was clear throughout, and the site was always managed properly. Given the scale and pressure of the rebuild after such a devastating fire, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. I would highly recommend them for any large-scale groundworks or commercial projects.

"We had a large foundation project carried out for a warehouse in Park Royal. The team excavated all the foundations and made sure everything was safe and properly supported during the digging process before moving on to the concrete works. The project took just over two weeks to complete.
I was on site most days and could see firsthand how well everything was managed. The team were professional and efficient, but also easy to get along with—we actually had a good laugh along the way, which made the whole process a lot easier.
